Mexican meal & Meditation

“I love You……Tube” My daughter regularly reminds me of the time she thought I was telling her how much I loved her when actually I was talking about YouTube. 🤣 I do love YouTube though (And her). I couldn’t sleep last night as my eldest had made a scrummy Mexican dish for tea and I had some for supper too. Indigestion meant I came downstairs to sleep sat upright in a chair. I put on a calming “waves” video and was transported to the seaside. YouTube is great for meditation videos too. I’ve found that regularly meditating makes a huge difference to the way I respond to life’s daily challenges. It took me a while to start meditating regularly as there was always something else I thought I needed to do. Having read a few books explaining the researched benefits of meditation, I was convinced and haven’t looked back. It’s not as complicated as it sounds. Just find a quiet spot and focus on your breath for 10 to 15 minutes. Whenever you realise you’ve drifted off into thought, just bring your attention back to your breath. Simples. I would love to know your experience of meditation. X
